Casey Kral
Casey, a lifelong resident of Johnson County, relocated to Parker County in 2021, where he currently lives with his family. After co-managing a family business alongside his father for more than twenty years, he reached a turning point when the business was dissolved as a result of highway expansion.
Rather than stepping away from helping people, Casey leaned into it. He transitioned into the insurance industry with the same mindset he’d always had. Listen first, understand the situation, and guide clients toward the right solution.
Known for his genuine, down-to-earth approach, Casey takes pride in building long-term relationships and making insurance feel simple and stress-free.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find him fishing or enjoying a round of golf.
Trisha Kral
Trisha brings a unique and invaluable perspective to the agency with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and over 15 years of experience in healthcare. Her background includes NICU, ICU, Women’s Health, and Case Management, giving her deep insight into complex medical situations and the challenges clients often face.
A proud Texas Christian University alum, Trisha is passionate about helping clients navigate the healthcare system with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s understanding coverage options or advocating for the right plan, she brings compassion and expertise to every conversation.
When she’s not working with clients, Trisha enjoys fishing adventures with Casey and cheering on TCU football.

Janice Grice
Janice is a licensed agent serving clients across two office locations in Parker and Palo Pinto County. A native Texan and long-time Gordon resident, Janice transitioned into insurance after running a personalization and embroidery shop in her rural community for 12 years.
With a strong entrepreneurial background and a deep understanding of small-town values, Janice is known for her warm personality and dedication to her clients. She’s a proud mother of four and grandmother to fourteen, and she treasures time spent with family.
When she’s not assisting clients, Janice enjoys RV camping, fishing, and family gatherings.
Emily Davis
Emily Davis is an independent licensed insurance agent who brings 14 years of experience as an educator into her work with clients. She holds a degree from Texas Woman’s University, and after a rewarding career in teaching, she transitioned into insurance with a passion for helping individuals and families understand their options and feel confident in their coverage decisions.
Outside of the office, Emily values time with her family and takes great pride in supporting her children along with the entire Brock Eagles community.

Aubrey Cearley
Aubrey is a Weatherford local who joined Kral Insurance Group in 2026 as a receptionist and customer service assistant. With over four years of customer service experience, she brings strong communication and takes pride in providing friendly, dependable support to the team and the community. She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree at Weatherford College and will graduate in May 2026.
Outside of work, Aubrey is family-oriented and enjoys spending quality time with loved ones.
